Appointment Policy

 Due to high demand, we kindly request that if you are unable to make your appointment, you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance or fees may apply. We operate by appointment only, walk ins are not accepted at this time.

Patient Arrival Policy

 Upon arrival, we also ask that cats be contained in a carrier and dogs be kept on leashes, close to the owner, or, in carriers if appropriate. This is to avoid any possible altercations in the clinic and keep everyone safe.

Payment Policy

Full payment is due upon the finish of the appointment and discharge of patients. Currently, we are accepting Debit, Visa, and Mastercard. We can also do direct billing with Trupanion Pet Insurance if properly set up ahead of time.

Medication Refills

Please allow our staff 24 hours notice when requesting prescription refills or food orders. This allows us time to ensure everything is ready, producing a quicker in and out for you!
